'watch' option for CLI

Would be great if the haml-coffee CLI had a 'watch' option to compile on file change. Currently you need to manually compile after every change.

There are plenty of tools that already provides a watcher functionality, like Guard, Grunt or Gulp, to name only a few. For Guard and Grunt there even exists specialised Haml-Coffee plugins. I do not feel the need to spend time on developing and maintaining functionality that is already possible with other, more powerful tools.
