The projects doesn't have a license. And Erik seems to believe it's some kind of non-commercial.

„Free to use & adapt, but no re-selling” — that sounds exactly like a synopsis of the OFL. If these are the intended terms, I’d recommend publishing the project under the OFL. Some tips on how to do it are at https://github.com/googlefonts/googlefonts-project-template

Please also add a file LICENSE and set the license in the project information.
