Support system search by `dataset name`

So far, Explainaboard web supports searching systems based on dataset split, tasks, system_name, it would be nice if users could search based on the dataset name

This would be very useful! Kind of related to this, I think we may need to redesign the search/filter bar so it fits more options. Maybe, the GitHub filtering UI can be a reference. Though, I think our current design is more intuitive.
