Update test for reproducibility across environments

txtai 4.x introduced new default ANN parameter settings. These default parameters make it difficult to exactly reproduce tests across multiple environments (Ubuntu, macOS, Windows). The tests should be updated to use simpler index configuration settings for test reproducibility.
