if port used by client waiting response, server can't send data to another server

STM tells ACQ to get ready and waits for response, meanwhile, ACQ sends socket message to CTR with name new video files. ACQ can't send message because of ongoing connection with STM.

STM, ACQ, CTR use same port 12347
