archive and DOI reviews

Rachel Harding made a great suggestion on the CONP comcom call: we should try to archive and publish (eg post on zenodo with a DOI) the contribution of reviewers. That way the reviewers can add it on publons or their CV. Not sure how that would work technically, but I think it's really something we should make happen at some point.
