Add Contributors

This issue is for adding contributors. I will start us off, but this is by no means complete. Please help me complete it.

NOTE: Using the bot will automatically create a PR with the required changes for updates. We need to ensure there are no conflicts before merging.

Things will generally go smoother if you add one contributor at a time.
