thanks now i can watch videos with sound.But performance was bad, but few tweaks help
sudo sysctl -w net.core.wmem_max=8388608
nano /etc/xrdp/xrdp.ini
tcp_send_buffer_bytes=4194304
max_bpp = 16
crypt_level = low

then i set from remmina client quality to LAN RemoteFX and now it play video with sound and no disruptions or very rare.
