Disable provenance in gateway public deployment

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
In order to download faster assets from Nevermined in Mumbai environment and namespace public we need to disable provenance feature.
Describe the solution you'd like
Add the following env var
ENABLE_PROVENANCE=false
in the gateway-ts deployment for public in Mumbai environment
