hey there, great project - thanks!
I am planning to build a stealthmax s..
first (maybe not last.. ;D) question: any recommended print settings?
wall counts?
infill?
etc.. :)

Found this on the Discord Sticky from 0ndsk4:
ANY SPECIAL PRINT SETTINGS?
Regular Voron parts settings will work. 0.2 bottom and print layers at 0.4-0.45 line width is a good start.
You can likely decrease wall count and infill a bit to save on filament and time, since it’s pretty big and sturdy anyway. 3 walls and 15-20% infill is likely enough to save on print time and filament usage, since its basically a non-moving part. The lid gains some rigidity to compress the foam cord by a few extra walls, so 4-5 might be good for that. The two main chamber pieces might even fare well being only 2 walls, but no guarantees on that.
Compression latches will do well with many walls, go for 6-7!
My personal print experience for Stealthmax S:
- Dont use cooling fan for good layer adhesion
- You need a well tuned in printer (Ellis print tuning guide is a good start, pressure advance and flow also)
- I needed to use "Bed Mesh" for the Stealthmax S on my Voron 250mm (Taco Bed of 0,16mm, bad first layer without)
- Well "heated" chamber between 50°C - 60°C works well. I had no warping on rough PEI and hairspray
- Steakthmax S has print in place parts. Consider line width of 0,4mm (I didnt test this)
