Stacking debuffs

The debuffs from dim and dark appear to:

  1. Stack with each other (not sure if this is intentional)
  2. Repeatedly stack on top of themselves (some of my dupes are at about -30 stats with 4-5 stacks of each debuff)

I believe this may be caused by adjusting the config settings in game
