Summary
- Increase logging in general.
- Add configuration for audit-logging.
- Documentation examples of configuring logging.
Currently, we have customers pass in their own logger that conforms to an interface.

We have deprecated this module/repository and plan to EOL likely in the next few months. Closing out all issues.
