Description
Adding an accessibility statement to the NewsKit site will set out our commitment to providing an accessible product while also providing an example that can be used to show the NUK titles.
Task
Add a new page for an accessibility statement. Sits outside main navigation, can take the same format as the Terms & Conditions page
Add a link to the Accessibility statement page to the footer (see design)
