The new EPL 2.0 may need support in the future for something like EPL-2.0 with (Classpath-exception-2.0 and Assembly-exception)
We may need to update then the support of OR/AND on the WITH side.

I am not inclined to add extra complexity for this. Instead for the case above we can use combinations of EPL-2.0 with Classpath-exception-2.0 and EPL-2.0 with Assembly-exception ... I would rather keep a single license as an exception. Exceptions are exceptional so making this extra complex serves no good purpose IMHO
