[NcListItem] Support right click to bring open the actions menu

The Files app allows right-clicking in the file list, triggering a dropdown menu. However, the Mail app lacks this functionality. To enhance user experience, it would be beneficial for the Mail app to behave similarly to the Files app, displaying a dropdown menu when users right-click on a message.

I definitely second that! From UX point of view it's an expected behavior and we usually get complaints about that from new users.
