[NcSelect] Not possible to scroll down completely using keyboard

Step to reproduce

  1. Click on the box
  2. Use the keyboard to select the option.
  3. Then go to the last option; it won't scroll all the way down.

Do you mean that it doesn't scroll the last 4 pixels with the outline and margin?
