Text blocks in mail app don't save text styles

Steps to reproduce

  1. Add a new text block in mail settings and style text with paragraph styles, text styles, etc.
  2. Create a new e-mail and insert the new text block.

Expected behavior

The text blocks should appear with all styles.

Actual behavior

The text block is in plain text without saved styles.
