The one-hour limit in the setting of added time before/after appointments is restrictive

The appointment setting feature allows to set, for scheduled appointments, values for "Add time before and after the event". Those values are defined using two drop-down boxes that reach up to one hour each. This imposes a limitation when scheduling meetings that require commute or other longer pre/post-meeting blocking.
Describe the solution you'd like
I recommend making those two fields (time before and after the event) more flexible, to accept values longer than one hour.
Describe alternatives you've considered
Either more options can be given in the drop-down list, or an open value field of "Minutes" can be used instead of drop-down lists.
