Internal server error on existing Recipe's folder from a former installation

Description
Internal server error, when i try to launch cookbook after freshly installing it.
/ Already contains a recipes folder, which i used successfully with an older version before. I did not change anything in the recipes dir manually.
Reproduction
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- install cookbook app
- launch cookbook
Expected behavior
just work
Actual behavior
This error when i click on cookbook

Nextcloud server version: 26.0.0
Cookbook version: latest
Database system: MySQL/MariaDB/PostgreSQL/Sqlite, idk the official TrueNAS app
Made sure all files in Recepies are owned by www-data:www-data and shortend the folder names. After removing and enabling the app, the same error dtill shows up for me. Any ideas?
Okay it was the name length of another folder
