Nextcloud version:29.0.7.1
Red Hat Enterprise Linux release 8.10 (Ootpa) 10.6.19-MariaDB,
Apache/2.4.37
PHP 8.3.10

[no app in context] Error: App with id data_request has invalid signature
GET /settings/apps/update/data_request

I was able to confirm this by running occ app:install data_request on a fresh 29 install.

i could see a 500 status code as response when i try to update

I released 1.16.3 which i could install fine:
