Transfer Ownership not possible

Describe the bug
Not possible to transfer ownership.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to 'Forms'
  2. Click on 'Share'
  3. Click on Settings
  4. Transfer Ownership

Expected behavior
Text which should display what i have to insert.
