As of Nextcloud 18, impersonate no longer works?

Running impersonate 1.5, Nextcloud 18, I no longer see the option in the three-bullet list next to a user account...

are you in a group whitelisted to use impersonate?
is it really enabled :)
are there any errors on the browser log?

On Nextcloud 18.0.3 I've random problem.
Randomly I can use "impersonate", randomly I can't see the "impersonate" choise in the menù.
I've tried on Firefox & Chrome

Same here.

Search in your web browser console "Could not register impersonate script"· I have a slow internet conection. and some times y see this message with no option to impersoante

For now, increase the delay to, say, 5000, there will be more attempts. Maybe that helps.

Long term… @skjnldsv what can we do about this to have this reliable and in a more sane manner?

Version 18.04 here.... Impersonate works fine for me.

As I cannot reproduce the original issue anymore, I will close this ticket. If this is still happening please make sure to upgrade to the latest version. After that, feel free to reopen.
