Can't access nextcloud.com website or update my docker container

For almost three months now the nextcloud.com website has been down for me. I'm located in the eastern US and a tracert fails when not connected to a VPN. With a VPN, or on my phone it works as expected.

It always fails on that last hop.

I have a gigabit connection at home, and have a static IP. I was wondering if there was anyway I got caught up in an IP ban? This is the only site that I'm having connection issues with and would like to keep my server up-to-date. I've tried reinstalling and that works when it pulls the unraid docker, but all communication to nextcloud.com fails, so I can't check for updates, or even browse the nextcloud forums without my VPN.

Any ideas here?

As we can't reproduce this, it may be an issue with your network provider? Could this be? I'm unsure how we could help here. The last two hops are internally at the datacenter where our server is located (hetzner), which is also weird.

Hetzner has also some DDOS protection stuff, so perhaps something like that is blocking the connection (if it is not a firewall filter from Nextcloud).

Other websites at hetzner are working from your connection (like their homepage)?

More info on this:
Site can be seen without problems in Firefox on a Mac on my private network.
When trying to acces site from Chrome from within a company network I get the following errors:

Your connection is not private
Attackers might be trying to steal your information from nextcloud.com (for example, passwords, messages, or credit cards). Learn more
NET::ERR_CERT_COMMON_NAME_INVALID

With the following advanced information:

nextcloud.com normally uses encryption to protect your information. When Google Chrome tried to connect to nextcloud.com this time, the website sent back unusual and incorrect credentials. This may happen when an attacker is trying to pretend to be nextcloud.com, or a Wi-Fi sign-in screen has interrupted the connection. Your information is still secure because Google Chrome stopped the connection before any data was exchanged.

You cannot visit nextcloud.com right now because the website uses HSTS. Network errors and attacks are usually temporary, so this page will probably work later.

Hope that helps
