Pre-existing note file changes name after edited in iOS notes app

Steps to reproduce

1. create markdown file name-test.md in the notes directory
2. sync file to access on iOS notes app
3. edit the file and save

After this procedure the file formerly named name-test.md is now named as the first line of the file.

For a note taking app to work well for different people and setups, it would be highly desirable to be able to switch off overwriting the file name with the first line of the file.
