Dont open Insert Image dialog in Excel and PowerPoint
with error: file chooser dialog can only be shown with a user activation

Checking a few Google results, it looks like the issue is also present with e.g. Sharepoint integration and seems to be a issue with OOS itself: https://stackoverflow.com/questions/59028272/file-chooser-dialog-can-only-be-shown-with-a-user-activation-issue.
Can you please reach out to Microsoft Support for any advises and keep us updated here too?
