Office Online does not work with mobile browser/app

Describe the bug
Files cannot be opened when using a mobile brower/app. Only affects files with edit access. Download works.
Office online app gets disabled after several attempts.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Open a file with edit rights on a mobile browser

Expected behavior
The file is opened in office online view

Actual behavior
You get a message: Sorry, we couldn't find the file
Office Online app also gets disabled if you try to open the file from mobile multiple times.

Client details:

  • OS: Android
  • Browser: chrome
  • Version Android 12
  • Device: Samsung Galaxy S9
