Cursor position resets to home when switching between apps

Steps to reproduce

  1. Start typing a message in Talk
  2. Change to another application on Android device
  3. Change back to Talk
  4. Note cursor position is not where you last typed; it is at the home position (start of message)

Expected behaviour

Cursor is where it was left by the user

Actual behaviour

Cursor position resets to home when switching between apps
