Screen lock should have an "always" option, not just timeouts

Currently, there is a screen lock feature that is supposed to prompt the user for authentication when entering Talk if the time since prior authentication exceeds exceeds a configurable timeout.

There should be an additional option: ALWAYS, which does not depend on a timeout. When this feature is enabled, any time the user enters Talk, they should be prompted for authentication.
