Local

• Make sure you pull the latest master branch:

  git checkout master
  git pull origin master

• Adjust version numbers in all targets to 20.0.0
• Check alternative version in NCAppBranding
• Push master to https://github.com/nextcloud/talk-ios

  git push origin master

• Create tag

  git tag -a v20.0.0beta1 -m "Nextcloud Talk iOS 20.0.0 Beta 1"

• Push the git tag to https://github.com/nextcloud/talk-ios

  git push origin v20.0.0 Beta 1

• Mark the tag as a (pre-)release in https://github.com/nextcloud/talk-ios/releases
  • Add changelog
• Archive the project (select Any iOS device (arm64))
• Install .ipa on device and do a quick test

App store connect

• Create a new version 20.0.0 Beta 1 or change version if previous version wasn't released
• Add changelog to "What's new?"
• Add changelog to TestFlight
• Select build (App Store)
• Send to review (App Store)
• Add testers to TestFlight
