Reconnect TMS from QGIS project to basemap

1. QGIS project can have TMS basemaps added from QMS or by adding as TMS layer

2. Connect should be able to:
   a. Import (reconnect) a selected basemap
   b. Import a project with a basemap - setting it as a default basemap for the Web Map

Notes:

• If there are several TMS sources in QGIS - reconnect them all, make default (visible) only the top one
• If user is not on Mini or Premium - let him know
• If a basemap in QGIS is taken from QMS, reconnect in Web GIS with QMS settings checkbox on
