iOS keeps try to connect after timeout

Hi!

I have a strange problem with connect (iOS)

(Tested on a iPhone 7 - iOS 11.2.6)

Scenario

  1. Turn power off to the peripeheral you should connect to
    2 Start try to connect with timeout set to 30 sec
  2. When the timeout has fired, turn the peripheral on
  3. When the peripheral is on you now can see that the iPhone gets connected to the peripheral, as the phone keeps try to connect even if the timeout has fired.

The strange part is that this does not happen if you set the connect-timeout for 25 sec or below.
