Does this support GAtt advertising?

Hello There,

Does this nuget support GATT advertising from a device? In other words, how can an APP make the current device a peripheral mode so that other devices can detect it?

It seems like this nuget can only scan (act as client) but does not have the interfaces or functionality to make a device in peripheral mode.

Kindly advice.
