Description of feature
After Bakta up-date round, the last release v1.8.2 works with the db-light in zendo (oschwengers/bakta#241).
Module BAKTA_DBDOWNLOAD_RUN:BAKTA_BAKTADBDOWNLOAD() can be updated to v1.8.2
