Describe the solution you'd like

There have been some major updates in pggb. I would like to reflect these in pangenome.

• Update the Dockerfile to be based on a177033ddc3f73ff84d32b7ef24480f075dce3a4 version pggb.
• As edyeet is now capable of aligning whole chromosomes very efficiently, use -N as default: pangenome/pggb@db6e6fc.
• Compare the input parameters of pangenome and pggb and update accordingly.
