Hi there!

Describe the solution you'd like

odgiViz:

  • Set -P 10.
  • Add path names in the visualization
  • Find a formula that is capable of calculating the size of the resulting PNG. If it is too large, remove the consensus sequences. If it is still too large, abort. @AndreaGuarracino
    odgiDraw:
  • Set -w 5 as default. Maybe we also need a formula here to decide the best value.

Also ensure that when processing the smoothed graph, we don't want to visualize the consensus graphs in it.
