[BUG] Output text illegible on terminal with light background

Describe the bug
arc command produces illegible output (light text on light background) on Linux terminal.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Debian 11, MATE Desktop, MATE Terminal application used with ARC commander v0.5 used and installed as described in the documentation. Light background in the terminal is the default for above setup. arc init and additional sub commands will produce light output text on the light terminal background.
Expected behavior
Text should be legible on both dark and light background.
