Describe the bug
Template.toFsWorkbook fails with "empty" table

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Create a new Template
  2. (optional) Add some metadata
  3. ArcTable.init("new table") and add to template
  4. Try to export to xlsx file

Expected behavior
Should export or return desriptive error.
