[Feature Request] Person Registry?

Handle Persons similar to Assays, where all actual objects are stored in a central place (e.g. Investigation object) and only referenced in sub-objects (e.g. study, assay).

Maybe make union between person object and reference, so single file parsers don't create unbound persons.
