[Collection]: Restore Excel Addin logic

At the moment, there are still requests for people wanting to use Swate in Excel. To enable this we will soon be welcoming a new colleague, who will start working on the Excel plugin logic.

Restoring this logic, will also enable us to update the old Swate version on https://swate.nfdi4plants.org
