I just switched to a new branch for testing, since I don't want to spam people...

another idea:
for testing cases, a tag could be added in the commit message: ex: "[test] commit message"

send mail only to group members (via github/lab api?)

feature is now implemented, you can set the ONTOLGOY_BRANCH environment variable to activate this feature.
