Planned bug fix and improvments

1. fix wordcloud bug
2. change default value control to reduse the false positive rate.
3. add metadata standards and repository selection into the tool
4. put more things into the issue warning.

Update:

1. Wordcloud bug has been fixed.
2. Default vaule check now skips the checkboxex.
3. Repositories are added. PRIDE will not show up if deselected.
4. More texts are in issue warnings.
5. English version of BMBF document.

Todo:
Minimum information stardards.
German version of BMBF DMP.
