[bug] Template contribution guide at the wrong location

In the knowledge base the "contribution guide" for Swate templates is located within the core features of the "Swate manual". Since you need the Swate Experts module to create templates (at least the metadata table) it would be more suitable to move this article to the "Expert Features" part of the TOC.
