Swate Docs overhaul

Swate docs are very much outdated and require a major update to Swate Standalone / ARCitect integration.

Level 1

• Mention https://swate-alpha.nfdi4plants.org and ARCitect integration
• tag or (re)move outdated docs / tutorials as such

Level 2

• polish QuickStart, Manual, etc. to remove outdated features
• replace screenshots of Excel add in

I can help too. I can replace the screenshots with the ones I took for the workshop slides.

The Swate guides should mostly be up to date now.
Regarding the subtasks:
Level 1:

• mentioned Swate alpha and Arcitect integration in Arcitect quickstart and in Implementations > Swate
• deleted outdated installation guides and labeled isa-json export/import as a work in progress

Level 2:

• updated the Swate Quickstart, Swate Walkthrough and the Swate Manual to Swate alpha
• and replaced the screenshots in those documents
