When adding a job type node to a recipe, the window doesn't show all job types

When you are creating a recipe, and trying to add a job type node, the add/remove job type nodes window doesn't show all of the available job type nodes. You can scroll down, but only a short ways, not to the bottom of the list.

To duplicate: Go to Configuration -> Recipe Types -> "+" (create a Recipe Type) and click on "Job Type Nodes." Attempt to scroll down to the bottom of the Add/Remove Job Types list using the scrollbar on the right.

It is possible that it is only the very last job type that is obscured.
