The flake is out of date but it should be easy to port.
One thing I'm not sure of is whether we should fetch the source from the the actual source repo or from its GitHub mirror.

wireguard-rs is not a drop-in replacement for the classic wg program (its CLI is different), so it can't really be used e.g. as an alternate package for the Wireguard NixOS module. However, it's not meant to be used as-is and hence if it is ever to be used it should be through a NixOS module.
So do we make a module or not? I guess not.
