To reproduce

Steps to reproduce the bug:

  1. Open "CONTRIBUTING.md"
  2. Find hyperlink with name "feature request template"
  3. Clink to this link

Expected behavior

Hyperlink "feature request template" in the document "CONTRIBUTING.md" redirect to corresponding document
