Dependabot is only trying to update github actions, but this repo also contains npm and golang dependencies that need updating.

Describe the solution you'd like

More https://github.com/nginxinc/nginx-directive-reference/blob/main/.github/dependabot.yml blocks to update npm and golang dependencies.

Describe alternatives you've considered

Human discipline to manually check and update, but I have more faith in dependabot.
