Analyzer Static Analysis not updating after modifying .conf files per instructions

I got a few .conf file recommendations from the Amplify Analyzer Static Analysis tool, and I made the corresponding Modifications to my Nginx virtual host .conf files. After making the recommended changes, I go back to Amplify > Analyzer > Static Analyzer, and the page just shows me the exact same errors, as if I didn't make the changes it recommended in my virtual hosts files. How can I update the Static Analyzer to reflect the most recent changes in my Nginx virtual hosts?
