Question: Can i view amplify dashboard from my private cloud server?

Hi Team, Being a Saas app amplify just collect data from nginx instance using the agent which is installed in the same nginx machine. But i see the documentation says to see the dashboard one has to go to amplify account via internet and see them.
So here is my questions

  1. Can i view dashboard from my same nginx, amplify agent installed machine IP itself ?
  2. Is this data collection process is not changeable ?
