Create a User Manual

I've been reminded that a user manual would be useful. So here's the relevant
feature request to keep track of the work to create the user manual.
My current plan would be to create the user manual as a document, probably in
Word format, then generate a DAISY book using synthesized audio so the manual
is also available online. As the DaisyReader is still being developed I expect
the capabilities will change from time to time so the manual will need updating.
I hope various people will be willing to translate the user manual once it's
available; I can then generate DAISY books for each of these languages,
provided I can obtain the relevant synthesized voice.

Why do we need a manual for, can't you simply place the relevant information in
the wiki and you already have instructions in the help menu of the app.
